Never Too Late

I believe we were brought into this world to serve others in some form, shape or fashion...I also believe we were placed here to learn about ourselves and grow mentally and spiritually. The only problem is that alot of us tend to take on the weight of others and put more effort into others wellbeing instead of our own and thats when it becomes a problem.

Let me explain...

You exhaust yourself by taking on others issues "trying" to help them out when you know dang on well that you are experiencing similar circumstances, but you sat yourself aside to tend to the other individuals needs while neglecting your own which can cause mental chaos...just as the old saying goes "How can we care for others when we don't care for ourselves."

As you come to the other persons aid and they succeed due to your help they move on with their lives with a mere "thank you" right? But yet your still stuck in the same place mentally and emotionally with no one to assist you. You hurt yourself by constantly ignoring what you truly need in order to get through your lifes journey successfully. The # 1 culprit is YOU, you can't blame anyone else for what you are going thru but yourself.

You have the power to change your circumstances by setting time aside to love and care for yourself the same way you love and care for others...you do not want to get to the point of a mental break-down cause when you tend to someone else's needs, drama or conflicts you are taking on their energy. Remember negative energy travels faster then positive energy.

Here are some examples that you can do in order to start recognizing and acknowledging the beautiful spirit, GOD OR GODDESS with-in you.

As soon as you wake up in the morning say something positive about yourself such as: I AM love, I AM worthy of love, nothing but love will flow thru me and around me this day.

Think positive thoughts and sometimes this could be hard because as soon as you think positive you throw a negative thought in there right after. As soon as the negative thought try to squeeze it's way in acknowledge it then say something like "I acknowledge that thought and I'm throwing it in the universal trash" so that you can get rid of that negative thought immediately. Remember thoughts have power just like words and you can manifest it into reality and you are trying to get rid of negativity not bring it into your life or existence.

Another thing that can make you not love yourself first and properly is toxic people.
When you surround yourself with individuals who strive on drama, conflicts, starting rumors, lies, chaos and people who wants to see you fail, you manifest just that into your life. These people are a danger to you...they not only don't care about your wellbeing or situation they dont care about themselves. These are lost souls, energy vampires who feeds off of positivity which is something that they hate. Most of these energy vampires wants to see your spirit in a void and dark place. They don't want to see you grow. If you are already on a high level as long as you have these type of individuals around you, you will slowly see yourself failing. Stay away from these people, move on from them and send them love from afar...never wish bad on them because karma will turn it right back around on you.

So the moral of this article is IT'S NEVER TO LATE NO MATTER YOUR AGE, SITUATION OR CIRCUMSTANCES YOU CAN CHANGE YOIR LIFE FOR THE BETTER...first things first LOVE YOURSELF.

Much love and light

The War Within

Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself. Constantly beating yourself up over every little thing won’t magically make life better. It’s time to stop the negative self-talk. It’s holding you back. What happened, happened. You can’t change the past, and no amount of self-hatred can fix it. Today is a new beginning. Choose to move forward. You are not a bad person, not a failure, and certainly not a disappointment. You are human, and that means you are constantly learning and growing. What you can change is your future. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

Exploring the Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work

In our journey toward self-discovery and spiritual elevation, shadow work stands out as a profound practice that fosters deep personal and spiritual growth.  Often misunderstood or overlooked, shadow work integrates the hidden parts of ourselves, promoting healing and transformation. But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
