You Are My Living Testament (A message from spirit)

Image result for a letter and a roseA friend of mine wanted to share an experience and love from her significant other who passed away from cancer just last year in May 2016. They were very close and very much in and of love...After the death of my friends fiancé she was going through her partners belongings in the hopes of donating most of the items that were left behind, until she came across a small red box wrapped up in silk red ribbon that was lightly covered with clothing in the back of a drawer that they both shared. She open the box to find a piece of paper that was folded together and attached to the paper was a small rose which was one of her favorite flowers. She put the rose to the side and carefully unfolded the paper so that she would not rip it. She looked over the note and this is what it read:

My Dearest,

Being all that you are, continue to shine bright in my smile even on cloudy days because you are my living testament. The radiation of your love is that strong and powerful, for which, all of my thoughts
and sentiments were motivated beyond its highest high...And I just want you to know that your presence is, was and always will be my salvation because you saved me with the energy of your love!

Just know that when you call upon my name, I am already there standing by your side, guiding you through this life time until our souls meet up again.
With every little thought, coincidence and signs of my essence, you will feel and know of my presence.

Feeling My Love Always and Forever!

Of course my friend was so happy to have found such a treasure and message from her love that will always remind her that death is not death at all...it is the beginning of a new life and a love that is forever immortal. To know that your loved one is reaching out to you even after death is a remarkable blessing. To sense and acknowledge their presence lets you know that the connection that you two have in spirit and once had in the physical will always be there. Look out for the little signs and symbols that spirit sends you in order to get your attention or just to let you know that they are well and continuously watching.

The War Within

Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself. Constantly beating yourself up over every little thing won’t magically make life better. It’s time to stop the negative self-talk. It’s holding you back. What happened, happened. You can’t change the past, and no amount of self-hatred can fix it. Today is a new beginning. Choose to move forward. You are not a bad person, not a failure, and certainly not a disappointment. You are human, and that means you are constantly learning and growing. What you can change is your future. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

Exploring the Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work

In our journey toward self-discovery and spiritual elevation, shadow work stands out as a profound practice that fosters deep personal and spiritual growth.  Often misunderstood or overlooked, shadow work integrates the hidden parts of ourselves, promoting healing and transformation. But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
