Women-The REAL Master Builders

Image result for SYMBOL OF WOMEN UNITY

Have you ever wondered how some well known and famous men got the motivation and push to start their journey to their success when they did not have any fight in them or they did not seem like entrepreneur, leader or business material but they made it anyway? Most of these men became successful due to the women that motivated and pushed them to become the significant person that they are today. Even though these men did not have any confidence in themselves their significant other knew their potential and what they were capable of.

Sadly some of these women do not get the recognition and props that they deserve after these men make it to the top Or the men make it seem as if they conquered all on their own with no ones help or they turn on their women in a negative way after success hits them and leave them for no other then gold digging women who will eventually bring them down or worse the men ends up losing it all.

But it does not stop there...according to the National Association of Women Business Owners, there were more than 11.6 million women-owned firms in the U.S., generating $1.7 trillion in sales, as of 2017. After conducting my own research I found these well known & BIG companies to have been started by women and is very much striving as of today. Check it out below:

1. BUILD-A-BEAR WORK SHOP which was started by Maxine Clarke after an unsuccessful shopping trip at the mall  with a friends daughter who suggested making their won teddy bears at home and the rest is history.

2. BET started in 1979 by Sheila Johnson who used her music teacher salary to help found the now vibrant cable network which has now been sold to Viacom as of 2001.

3. PRO ACTIV Who doesn't know skin care as much as a woman does...This company was started by Dermatologists Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields in 1995 and took off mainly due to celebrity endorsements.

4.FAMFA OIL COMPANY based out of Nigeria has been very successful since Folorunsho Alakija temporarily unseated Oprah Winfrey as the richest woman of African descent in the world in 2014.

Women will jump out of a plane with just a napkin and toothpick and once on land will have already built a whole mansion.

Yes we are women here us roar...We are Motivators, Mothers, Wives, Teachers, Therapists, CEO's, Owners, Founders, Vice Presidents, Presidents, Board Members, Executive Officers, Managers, Supervisors, Shift Lead and the lists goes on!

Women are the true Master Builders of the world!

The War Within

Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself. Constantly beating yourself up over every little thing won’t magically make life better. It’s time to stop the negative self-talk. It’s holding you back. What happened, happened. You can’t change the past, and no amount of self-hatred can fix it. Today is a new beginning. Choose to move forward. You are not a bad person, not a failure, and certainly not a disappointment. You are human, and that means you are constantly learning and growing. What you can change is your future. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

Exploring the Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work

In our journey toward self-discovery and spiritual elevation, shadow work stands out as a profound practice that fosters deep personal and spiritual growth.  Often misunderstood or overlooked, shadow work integrates the hidden parts of ourselves, promoting healing and transformation. But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
