The Universe is watching, waiting & listening.

Sometimes change is good even though in the moment it may seem as if everything is falling apart,  but once the storm is over you will realize yet again that it was actually for the best and that's when things starts to balance itself out... In the end that change you once feared in that particular moment turns out to be a great and one of the best things that has ever happened to you whether you wanted it or not.

The universe is watching, waiting, listening and takes action at the appropriate time. There are always consequences to every action whether good or bad... so always throw out good karma by being grateful for every day life has to offer even lessons learned, continue to be kind to others by showing respect or even giving a small compliment, or just call someone in your inner circle and tell them you love them and how much you care.

Last but not least learn to let go, holding on can cause so much emotional turmoil inside especially when it involves someone who doesn't show interest and has ultimately shown you that it is over.

Live, love and laugh...lifes 3 main ingredients.

It’s holding you back. What happened, happened. You can’t change the past, and no amount of self-hatred can fix it. Today is a new beginning. Choose to move forward. You are not a bad person, not a failure, and certainly not a disappointment. You are human, and that means you are constantly learning and growing. What you can change is your future. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
