The Ex Experience

When a MAN comes into your life knowing your past hurts, pain, shame, battle & the wall that is built due to the "ex" experience & brings all of that out of you by being gentle, cautious, caring & showing great love to a broken woman because he knows her worth, heart, love and what she is capable of that my friends is a GREAT MAN. Your ex may have brought out the worst in you but there is always someone out there that can bring out the BEST in you from being patient and just loving you back to the person that you once were before the "ex" experience. All men are not the same and if you feel that way go look in the mirror and remember like attracts like....or you just have a "type" ...not all men are created equal! 💯

Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

In our journey toward self-discovery and spiritual elevation, shadow work stands out as a profound practice that fosters deep personal and spiritual growth.  Often misunderstood or overlooked, shadow work integrates the hidden parts of ourselves, promoting healing and transformation. But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
