Beautifully Flawed-Hello 2020

Have you ever had a year that was pure hell...it seems as if nothing was going right for you and the people around you...Well, that's how my 2019 started and ended!

Yes, my life may have seemed perfect, with nothing going on but living the good life, but that was all an illusion. With being married to a man in prison whose emotions are getting the best of me...to dealing with a mother who tells me on a regular basis that she does not like me nor want to be around me due to my accomplishments that she was never able to obtain to letting go of people I once called friends who showed me nothing but deceit and caused so much drama... So I started to question every one around me and  their loyalty!

Fortunately, I remain strong and optimistic despite the negativity thrown at me. This year will be a year of better opportunities  that I refuse to pass up on and more travel. I will not let anyone deter or stand in the way of my dreams and goals including family. I have lost many friends and cut off many people who mean me no good and if that means being alone within myself then so be it. That people is called self love.

I have learned so much about myself the past 2 years due to so much turmoil that I will not let anyone with any negative vibes enter my home or even call  themselves a friend. Once I started the process of elimination and learned to love myself by getting rid of the plagues in my life and around me, man oh man my life has started to balance and align itself out.

I am not perfect so to speak...I am a beautifully flawed woman who is entering 2020 and a new decade with so much power, love and stability. Who is there to stop me......NO ONE CAN STOP ME BUT ME!!!!!

If you went through hell in 2019, just know that there is always time for a change of scenery in your life. Eliminate the unnecessary and make room for new and bright beginnings...It's never too late and your never too old to make a difference for YOURSELF. There is nothing wrong with being selfish...You are valuable and worth it. Let 2020 be the year of CHANGE!

I AM!

The War Within

Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself. Constantly beating yourself up over every little thing won’t magically make life better. It’s time to stop the negative self-talk. It’s holding you back. What happened, happened. You can’t change the past, and no amount of self-hatred can fix it. Today is a new beginning. Choose to move forward. You are not a bad person, not a failure, and certainly not a disappointment. You are human, and that means you are constantly learning and growing. What you can change is your future. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

Exploring the Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work

In our journey toward self-discovery and spiritual elevation, shadow work stands out as a profound practice that fosters deep personal and spiritual growth.  Often misunderstood or overlooked, shadow work integrates the hidden parts of ourselves, promoting healing and transformation. But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
