The Unfilled Void

There are days when you feel like giving up, or you feel as if there's no hope, no one cares or life isn't worth living...we are all human we have felt this way here and there, but for some it's an everyday feeling to the point where it affects your life, job, family and just everyday routine. It can be caused by stress, your environment, the people you surround yourself with who can be toxic or narcissistic, financial issues (debt), breakups/separation of any kind, children, work, school, or you may have hurt others to the point of no return & the list goes on and on which can lead to major depression plus thoughts of suicide 😢.
When these feelings hit it's best to seek help...even when you feel you don't have family or friends to confide in there are multiple hotlines and counseling programs that offer assistance & resources to get your emotional state and life back on track.  Which I will provide at the end of this post 👇👇👇.

Depression is a very very real mental illness that we sometimes don't take seriously until it's too late. Of course the signs were there but we tend to ignore them until that precious life is gone then that's when people will sit down and start putting 2 & 2 together. I've been there, I've felt depression, no hope, no love and no reason to live. It felt as if I couldn't talk to anyone because it felt as if people were more against me than for me. I would quit multiple jobs or loose my job because of me not wanting to even get out of bed in the morning or just didn't care anymore. I would sit in my room all day literally...I ddint eat, slept all day and lost A-LOT of weight to the point where people thought I was doing drugs but that wasn't the case. I was a lost soul and this was around this time just last year when I lost the job I thought I was going to retire from and to add on the person I was with broke up with me so of course I was practically f@¢ked up mentally & emotionally...there were other factors involved but that's a different post for next time. The only reason I know how to give advice and took on this role as a Relationship Coach because I LIVED IT. I've hit rock bottom, I was lost, I contemplated suicide...I KNOW!!!

How did I get through that dark stage of my life. Now mind you I  AM not a religious person to say the least, but HIGHLY spiritual so I started to pray and pray hard to the angels, ancestors, my family friends who has crossed over, angels, spirit guides and whomever could hear me and feel my pain. I reached out to my father who at the time and even now is the only person I can talk to who can get me through.  He walked me through my issues...but after praying I noticed that there were some people who actually cared & it was the people who I least expected to care. It took time but I GOT THROUGH.

You may ask what about the people who doesn't have that option?...well, not to be harsh but it's the truth & the way of the world we can only help the ones who wants to be helped, noticed , seen or heard. We can't ignore or disregard them when they reach out to us. But for those who has taken their life or will eventually succeed doing it we can only learn from their actions & signs so we can prevent others from making the same mistake their fate.

If you know of someone who is going through anything I mentioned above REACH OUT TO THAT PERSON, let them know that you care & you are willing and ready to talk or provide a listening ear when they are ready....showing someone you care goes a long way! 💯

We are all a Lotus Flower that rises from the mud, untouched and clean, to open into a magnificent flower high in the air.

The War Within

Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself. Constantly beating yourself up over every little thing won’t magically make life better. It’s time to stop the negative self-talk. It’s holding you back. What happened, happened. You can’t change the past, and no amount of self-hatred can fix it. Today is a new beginning. Choose to move forward. You are not a bad person, not a failure, and certainly not a disappointment. You are human, and that means you are constantly learning and growing. What you can change is your future. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

Exploring the Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work

In our journey toward self-discovery and spiritual elevation, shadow work stands out as a profound practice that fosters deep personal and spiritual growth.  Often misunderstood or overlooked, shadow work integrates the hidden parts of ourselves, promoting healing and transformation. But what exactly is shadow work, and why is it spiritually significant? Understanding Shadow Work... Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
