There is A Blessing In Every RELATIONSHIP Lesson

People are brought together to learn life's lessons. Relationships whether good/bad are mirror images of ourselves. So when things go sour just sit back & think about why it happened? What could've been done better? Would you have done the same thing? What part did you play? Did you follow your intuitions? Did you give the benefit of doubt?  (don't play the victim), turn the tables & put yourself in their shoes... understand the lesson that may have been involved with it and don't repeat it or else you may be put in the same situation (different scenarios) until you realize the lesson at hand. Life's lessons may be painful, happy, frustrating & overwhelming but it's something that we have to go through in order to have that new perspective of YOUR life.

So try the Mirror exercise & see the blessing in every relationship lesson...then you can live, love, get thru it thrn screw it!

The War Within

Life is too short to spend it at war with yourself. Constantly beating yourself up over every little thing won’t magically make life better. It’s time to stop the negative self-talk. Remember, your pain will become your strength. It won't last forever. Give yourself time to heal, and take life one day at a time. Every day you make it through is another step closer to the greatness that’s waiting for you. Be patient with yourself. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and it comes in many forms. Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

Shadow work, a concept pioneered by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, involves the exploration of the unconscious parts of our personality that we typically repress or deny. These are aspects of ourselves that we might find uncomfortable, shameful, or unacceptable, which Jung described as the "shadow." Engaging in shadow work is about acknowledging and embracing these aspects, rather than allowing them to manifest in destructive ways. This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
