Simply Enjoy It!

One of the most reliable ways to ruin your enjoyment of life is to put too many conditions on that enjoyment.

You can put so much time and energy into getting the conditions just right, that there's nothing left to enjoy.

Enjoy the moment you're in, without placing so many judgments or conditions on it.

Be proud of how far you’ve come, and trust that you are getting closer to the person you are meant to be. Keep pushing forward, keep fighti

This process requires honesty, introspection, and a willingness to face parts of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore. The Spiritual Significance of Shadow Work... 1
